Server Crash on Print Jobs

I get this when people print to a queue on Win 2019 Server. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000001 (0xffff81654c68880b, 0x0000000000000000, 0x000000000000ffff, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e24db03a-db66-481e-b295-c76f99dec7a9.     I have few question regarding your issue:

    1.Does this issue happen to specific user only ?
    2.what's the error messages when printing or in the event logs?
    3.Can we be more clarified about how server crash when printing?

    Please note if you need dump analysis, I would suggest open a case with MS to do deep troubleshooting.
