Computer crashing Kernal-power ID 41 No Solution

Randomly in different games my usb devices will disconnect, including my bluetooth headphones, but stay powered and the games will sometimes continue to run but not accept any input and when I alt tab the whole computer freezes or it will just straight up freeze. I'm assuming it's the Kernal power error but there seems to be a lot of errors occuring all the time. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Initially I had my RAM overclocked but disabling that didn't help

On Windows side, please check this Microsoft document for different scenario troubleshooting
Advanced troubleshooting for Event ID 41: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first"
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/troubleshoot-event-id-41-restart
If this random crash appears recently, you need to recall what behavior or operations have done recently, roll back to previous timepoint or restore system should be ok.
If still no help, you need to ask for help from the manufacturer support, maybe hardware exists issue(power supply, memory or cpu).
