Here’re steps:

1.Add a WFE server in the VMs.
2.Join the WFE server into the domain.
3.Run the SharePoint PrerequisiteInstaller for installing the prerequisites.
4.Run the SharePoint 2013 Products Configuration Wizard as administrator, on the "Connect to a server farm" page, click "Connect to an existing server farm".
