Outlook-probleme seit dem letzten Update

Hallo,

    Hi ,

    Welcome to our forum.

Please kindly understand we only support English in our forum now, I have tried to understand your issue via machine translation, if there're any misunderstanding, please forgive me and re-edit your issue via English, thanks in advance :).

I noticed that you have recently updated your Outlook for windows, and you client starts to freeze and there was a "+" character on your New Email icon like below, is it right?

If so, I have updated my Outlook 365 to version 2103 Build 13901.20192, and found this icon has indeed changed there, if you are also working with same version , I think it may be by design. But I haven't faced with any freezing issues there, in order to further confirm your issue, did it only occur in some specific scenes(such as when you create a new email ,open an email or others)? Or it actually occurred in any random scenes?

Also, considering the issue occurred only recently, have you performed any other specific operations except updating Outlook before it(such as install any programs or add-ins)? In order to avoid the interference of Outlook add-ins and other programs, it's suggested to close other programs temporarily and restart your Outlook in safe mode to check if the issue has any differences(Windows + R> type "outlook.exe /safe">enter).

If your issue has any update, please feel free to post back.
