Windows server 2016 updates stuck in down load

Question

Hello
I am updating a windows server 2016 update KB4598243 is stuck downing at 24%. I have tried to download manually and install but that did not work.
It is running as a VM in hyper-V.

Anybody else semm this problem ?

download and install the updated SSU

followed by the latest cumulative update,

This update has been replaced by the following update:

I recommend that you download the latest update and try again.
