Hi @akbarali-4925,
Is this a problem that has only recently occurred? Can Outlook work fine before? If yes, what specific operations did you do before this problem occurred?
By the way, considering that your Outlook has multiple problems at the same time, and issues continue after repairing the Office program. In order to further confirm if your issue is related to your Outlook desktop client or something else in your windows, I would suggest you to completely uninstall your Office program with the uninstall support tool and then re-install the Office, then try creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile and see if there is any difference. Reinstalling Office usually can help us eliminate many factors related to the client itself. If you have any update about this issue, please feel free to post back.

Hi @akbarali-4925,
Thanks for your reply.
According to all your descriptions above, sounds like your problem seems to a little bit more complicated and not only related to your outlook desktop client. Personally I think, in order to provide a proper operating environment for your Outlook client, and to eliminate the impact of Windows settings on this problem, I would suggest you to back up all your important data and completely re-install a fresh Windows operating system instead of simply restore windows. Then try installing the Outlook desktop alone and make sure you have upgraded your Windows and Outlook to the latest version, check if the performance issue of your Outlook could be resolved then.
