failover cluster between win 2008 and win 2012

Hello currently I have 3 exchange 2010 server under windows 2008 r2 in a DAG configuration, I want to add a new exchange 2010 server under windows 2012 r2. is it possible to do that ?? Let's know, I couldn't add this new win2012 server in the failover cluster already created under windows 2008 thank you for your help

    Hi,

    Cluster nodes should have the same OS version.

    Mixed version cluster only exists in a few scenarios, such as cluster rolling upgrade. So, it's not recommended to add Windows Server 2012 server into Server 2008 R2 cluster.
