Bitlocker: The system cannot find the file specified

I recently decrypted my Bitlocked C: drive, then cleared and reset the TPM and rebooted as instructed.

Now when I tried to encrypt C: with Bitlocker, I receive the error message “The system cannot find the file specified”?

I am running Windows 10 Pro, Version 1809, Build 17763.379.

Please help?

    Hi

    My name is Lee; an Independent Consultant, I'm here to help you with your problem.

    Open an elevated command prompt (search, cmd, right click and 'Run as administrator')

    Go to

    cd C:\Windows\System32\Recovery\

    Rename the file ReAgent.xml:

    ren ReAgent.xml ReAgent.old

    Start Bitlocker
