I know there is a way to restrict users from the internet, but is there a way to add computers to a group and then restrict them from the internet?

    Hi,

Since not sure what purpose you want to achieve, following method for your reference:
1,Assign a invalid proxy address through GPO
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/5156.how-to-force-proxy-settings-via-group-policy.aspx
It is a user settings, if the loopback policy was enabled for computers , it also works for computers.

2,Deploy the gpo with settings under
Windows Settings – Security Settings – Windows Firewall with Advanced Security – Outbound Rules
You can customer the rules as you want.
