How can I get VSTS Build Summary Mainly Analystics like Number of Builds and Success rates using REST API

I am using VSTS REST API to get information of build definition and builds using powershell. I got most of information. Need some more information which I can see on TFS Build Summary. Like Buold Analytics. How can get this information in REST API. Below is the Image.
