Hi @Kam Khadem Azad ,
Folder hierarchy for the list or library is only available in SharePoint online classic experience when we enable metadata navigation and filtering:
Steps on how to enable the feature:
- Click Site Settings> Under Site Actions, click Manage site features> In the Features list, find Metadata Navigation and Filtering, and then click Activate.
- Navigate to the list or library for which you want to configure metadata navigation> Click List Settings or Library Settings> Under General Settings, click Metadata navigation settings> Add the Content type and Folders as hierarchy Fields> Click OK.
Then, we will see the folder structure shown earlier.
However there is no OOB tool to report the file permissions as tree view, as a workaround, we suggest you use powershell to get Document Library Permissions and Export to CSV.
