Hi,

recently 1903 version of windows is released and while trying to upgrade a new window appears saying what needs your attention.

So it says this pc cant be upgraded because of that driver or service. then it says no action needed.

what do I infer from this?? and secondly how do I know what driver or service is causing the same.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update

I haven't seen any Microsoft-affiliated staff know what they're doing.

You have to delete the BattlEye folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\

Now it will most likely work.

    Hello,

My name is Patricia and I am an Independent Advisor. I am here to help you today.

    Are you insider ?

    1903 is not yet released.

Else for which upgrade do you get this message ?

What is the exact version of W10 ?

    Right click on Start Button.

Then select "Windows PowerShell (admin)" or "Command Prompt (admin)".

    Now type winver + Enter.

Then post a screnshoot of the result.

What are the brand and model of your pc ?
