I would suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps.
Method 1:
Make sure that the dependency services for Windows Installer should be started and set to automatic. Then try to start the Windows Installer service and check.
- Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, press enter and then click Services.
- Double-click on the Windows Installer service.
- In the Windows Installer properties window, click on dependency tab.
- You will see the dependency services listed there. (Remote Procedure Call and DCOM Server Process Launcher)
- Both the above services should be ‘Started’ and set to’ Automatic’.
Method 2: Check in compatibility mode.
I would suggest you to install the software in compatibility mode and check.
