Azure SQL Managed Instance - DR capability

Is DR capability provided out of box in Azure SQL MI? If i set BackUPStorage as LRS do i still get DR capability?

    Business Continuity is one of the features of Azure SQL Managed DB. Please go through this document for all the options.

    The back up storage is by default RA-GRS for 7 days for all tiers:
