Print with white band with "Print Images"
Goodmorning everyone, more than looking for a resolution I would like to make a report because after many tests I realized that a resolution can perhaps only be with an update. A photographer client of mine called me because going to print some photos (JPG), not all but most of them, the print comes out with a white band, that is not printed. The customer uses as a procedure the printing from the contextual menu by right clicking on the file and selecting "Print". I specify that this procedure has always been done until last Saturday but after he made the last updates, this problem came out on Monday. I tried to uninstall the latest updates and also to restore a restore point of March 10 but nothing. I have tried to print the same files from various computers with different printers and with those files there is always the same problem. At this point I can only think that some latest update has created the problem. Thanks for your attention and greetings. ![79156-img-20210318-131856.jpg][1] ![79251-img-9554.jpg][2] [1]: /api/attachments/79156-img-20210318-131856.jpg?platform=QnA [2]: /api/attachments/79251-img-9554.jpg?platform=QnA

2021-03-19T02:47:46.403+00:00 Hello @Fabio Bernini
Thank you for sharing this.
Please check if you recently installed patch or Windows 10, either of these updates: KB5000802 KB5000808
For Windows 8.1 Both KB5000848 and KB5000853
For Windows 7 SP1 Both KB5000841 and KB5000851
The temporary workaround would be uninstalled the patch and rebooted the PC and see if the issue persist.
we have to wait for an update-fix to this update.
Best Regards
Karlie----------

I printed the image in pdf format (in attachment) trying to print the pdf file to see if the problem really comes from the JPGs.
