2019-10-14T01:08:43+00:00 Sometime back you help me resolve an issue I had with my computer that problem has been resolved but what's happening now is having slow start up what I mean by this it takes a long time the windows to start up its done repairs but I'm still having that issue the one thing I do not want to do is to do a format and a reinstallation of Windows 10. If there is something that I can do which will fix my problem without having to reinstall the Windows operating system that are be really good because I have a lot of my games that I play online running off my main hard drive so that is why I want to avoid doing reinstallation of the operating system is at the end of the day busily I can do but reinstall the operating system then so be it but I want to try and avoid that if possible. Any help you can give me in trying to resolve this issue would be very much appreciated. I thank you and I wait for your reply. PS somebody recommended getting advance system repair pro just wondering if this software is any good.

I have tried everything that you sent me and still does not work the last one that yes bit try which is this one If that does not work, press Windows key + R

Delete all files in that folder it says Windows cannot find %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player make sure you've typed the name correctly then try again. Everything that I've tried to do to try and resolve this issue has not worked I think that the file itself is corrupt the only way to fix that that I know of is to reinstall windows and that something I don't really want to do but I have two the night no choice but to do it is the last resort and I'm not looking forward to doing it. So any other suggestions you may have please let me know thank you.
