Hotmail and Live users not receiving my emails

Hello, Customers of my business that have Microsoft based emails(live, hotmail, etc) are not receiving emails from my company. I have verified spf, dkim, dmarc settings on my email and all seem correct. I do not receive any delivery failed notifications and the customers do not receive my emails in their inbox or spam/junk folders. Wondering if microsoft is blocking my emails on their servers and not delivering them to my customers? How can we verify and resolve this issue.
