Windows locking into sleep mode

Question

2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,

randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) , 

screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode 

and then i have to turn it on again 

this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build 

what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies

Basically,

Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery

Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in

I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

critical battery action - in this step - to do nothing - is not available in this setting, it just available in low battery setting

Thank you!! I had the same thing.... the blue "locking" screen suddenly, once during a Zoom meeting and once while I was watching Netflix. It's so weird that it hibernates, as this is not one of the things I can choose at Windows Start/Power... there's Sleep, Restart, and Shut Down. I didn't even know it could hibernate, or that those Advanced Power Settings > Battery even existed. Thank you SO much for coming back and posting your solution. I changed my settings to "Do nothing" as you advised.

Oh I factory reseted my Windows 10 it fixs it it's something  in battery settings and sleep modes
