How to find number of different Servers/Computers a particular AD user "ADUser01" logged in?

I tried couple of Powershell script but all in vein. Following is the example I am expecting to be the output

USER COMPUTER
ADUser01 AServer01
ADUser01 BServer02
ADUser01 CServer03
ADUser01 DServer04

    Hi,
    Following method for your reference:
    Enable User Logon Audit Policy in the domain, and then use powershell command to get all the logon event for the specific user.
