We have 2012 R2 DC's and deployed a GPO to start screen saver on windows 10 machines with below GPO settings. I can see GPO is applied on windows 10 machine via gpresult but its not starting the screensaver. Dear Sir,

The screensaver has been applied to user computer but its not executing.

we are able to see the applied screen saver at local computer in screen saver settings.

Just need to confirm if all the policies you deployed for the users are applied.

please find attached image for your reference, able to view screen saver in domain machine but its not ruining after 5 minutes.

Did you mean the setting :Screen savertimeout not working?
After the time (300 seconds) you have not been active on the PC, the screen saver not display, right?

From the screenshot you posted ,it seems the policy applied.
I would recommend you check the gpsvc.log for more details .
