Ever since we installed our new computers, I have had an issue that only appeared once in a while before that. We have been told to put our computers into "sleep" mode at the end of the day. I leave documents open that I have been working on. The next day, when I go to open them, I get a message that they cannot be resumed and I need to save them as a new document...or they open in "read only" mode (and I have to save under a new name). This is getting rather tiresome. What is happening and how do we get it to stop. Keep in mind that I am NOT a tech person, so the answer needs to be in layman's terms, please. Thank you.
