2FA on Exchange Server 2019

Looking at options to upgrade my Exchange Server to either a 2019 on-premises or hosted.

If I do a basic install of Exchange Server 2019 on a new server, what would be the best, least expensive way to add 2FA for Outlook connectivity?

As far as I've read, it does not come with this feature (to my surprise).

    Hi, @Ole

    To enable 2FA, you may need to enable Hybrid Modern Authentication, which needs a hybrid deployment.
