Hi. RahulKumar97
My Name is David B.
Independent Advisor I'd like to help.
You can, first, run the Windows Update troubleshooter. Here’s how to do it:
- Download the Windows Troubleshooter and then select Open or Save in the pop-up window.
Notes:
• If the pop-up item does not appear, you may have a pop-up blocker enabled.
• If you select Save, you must go to the folder where you downloaded the troubleshooter and double-click on the most recent wu.diagcab file to run it.
- Select Next and follow the steps in the wizard to find and repair Windows Update problems.
If the first does not work, in that case I recommend you perform the following support processes:
- Confirm if the Windows profile has administrator permissions. To do this, press the Windows + R keys in the Run box type Netplwiz and click OK. Verify that the account indicates Administrator.
- Temporarily disable anti-virus programs other than Windows Defender, check with the corresponding developer for the process.
- Execute the repair commands in the system. Press the Start key and type the word CMD, right click on the command prompt and select Run as administrator, enter the following commands one at a time followed by the Enter key:
Sfc / Scannow
DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Scanhealth
DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth
Note: Each command can take time to execute, do not forget to restart the computer to apply changes.
Regards...
