I'm trying to install workflow manager in a sharepoint 2019 Farm (Sharepoint, SQL, Win Server 2019) using this article as reference

So, when I run commands, I receive this erros messages:

Why files are not found in a microsoft website ?
How can I fix it to install Workflow manager ?
