document libraries and broke inheritance

Hi
I know this is a basic question and I was hoping someone can shed some light if there is a solution to this.

I created a SP site and created two document libraries and broke inheritance on both libraries.
On Document Library-1, I added a special permissions with an AD group (test user member of it)
My test account still has access to document library 2. I checked permissions in the document library2and it shows permissions from the AD group in DL1

Any idea?

Thank you.

Please remove the default permissions after you break the inheritance for both libraries. After that, assign the unique permission for the AD group. This should remove all unwanted permission at library level.

Modifying the permissions on one library should not affect the ones of another after you break permission inheritance for any one of them.
Any existing permissions will need to be manually removed.
