I have translated your question into English: How can I share or copy and paste files, text and links in Quick Assist? Perhaps the option Allow remote assistance connections to this computer is not active.
Quick Assist is available in Win10 but currently it only supports Microsoft Account (i.e.: LiveID)/Azure AD accounts but neither on-premise AD nor local account.
