issue not able to access the Apache webpage i have installed and configured Apache in Linux (ubuntu 18.04) in East US error :- This site can’t be reached

I understand that you are unable to reach your webpage and I see the same when I try reaching the given public IP. Can you confirm the following-

What sits in front of this Web page, is it a CDN/AppGW/LB etc., or do you reach the website directly?

Do you have port 443 listening on the website or is it only port 80? If only port 80 is listening, please allow this port in your security rules.
