When I go to the Microsoft store and try to install a game (for example "Age of Empires Definitive Edition") I see a grayed out "Install" button.

I am logged in using an administrator account. What do I do now?

Hi, I think you might need to update your Windows.  I had the same problem with the same game - I paid for it but then I could not install it. It requires Windows 10 version 18362.0 or higher before it will allow you to install it.  Hope that works for you.

this honestly should be something MS prompts you to do the moment you open the site
