Microsoft Store Download Issues (FIXED)

Question

Hello everyone,

I've been having trouble with my Microsoft store for about 2 weeks now. There are 4 applications that are queued in my download section, they are the following:

- Microsoft visual C++ 2013 UWP Desktop runtime

- Microsoft visual C++ 2012 UWP Desktop runtime

- Microsoft visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop runtime

• DirectX Runtime 

I can't get these to download as 3 of them say they are starting download (but never do) and the other says pending. I can't download anything from the Microsoft Store because they also get stuck at the bottom of the download queue.

i have done a Windows Update Troubleshooter and came back with no problems. I have no idea how to fix this problem and was hoping that someone else has experienced something like this.

I’ve been trying all day and the reset worked first try. Seen it posted somewhere else but I felt like it was too much of a pain to go through. But your poste gave me confadence and I felt like I was out of options. 

Bummmer that I had to reinstall some stuff but it was only a minor inconvience. Thanks a lot!
