Windows Photos or Edge printing not working via PaperCut due to XPS attributes

Dear All, We encountered an issue that when we used Photos (Win 10 app) or Edge browser to print jobs, it would show XPS but it was not working via PaperCut + Konica Minolta printer. It works just fine if we used other apps like Windows Photo Viewer, Chrome, PDF, etc. I checked the logs and found that those working jobs were submitted with PCL6 driver. Any idea what we can do with it to make sure that all jobs could be submitted and using PCL6 for successful printing? Many thanks.

    Hello @EavenHuang-0590

Based on the feedback from users recently, it may due to the March windows security updates.

Did you update recently ? If yes, please try to remove that updates and wait for the new release from Microsoft.

    Best Regards
    Karlie

We are currently having the same issue with a customer. Did you figure out a solution?

    Thanks Karlie.

I checked with our printer hardware vendor and they said the same. We will see how things are going later on.
