Microsoft Advertising Sandbox not generating any test data

I created a Microsoft Advertising Sandbox environment a few days ago and set up a few test campaigns, ads, and keywords. I saw in the documentation that "when you create a keyword, test performance data should be generated within a few hours" (Source: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/advertising/guides/sandbox?view=bingads-13). However, it's been a few days and I'm still not seeing any test performance data - both campaigns I created have all 0's for spend, clicks, impressions, etc. Any idea why I might not be getting any test data?

    It took a few days but now I'm seeing test data in my sandbox as of yesterday. I'll leave this up in case others run into the same issue - seems like it can take several days for the test data to appear.
