Cant log into my MS portal since i lost my phone. I am the administrator

I cant log into my MS portal since i lost my phone. I am the administrator and trying to set it up. 2 step verification has been setup Because of this, I cant ask the organization's help desk to clear the settings to log back in. What can I do??
