HI,
Atm after partitioning the data using DataFlows in DataFactory, it creates the folder structure including the key and equals sign. Is there a possibility to remove these from folder structure.

Don't use key based partitioning. Look up documentation on "As data in column/folder" on the sink.

Although, I would like to have multiple partitions, which won't be possible using this solution.
You can create as many partitions you want using key based partitioning or any partition methods at a transformation before the sink.
HI @Kiran-MSFT true, atm im doing the same with key based partitoning. Although the partition name is present while creating the folder. I am not able to get rid of that and "As data in column/folder" doesnt work when key based partitioning is present.

@Saurabh Sharma np. Yes, but I suppose its not possible to remove the keys from the name.
You should not be using key based partitioning for your use-case. Either use column as file name or folder and you can name the folder whatever you choose.
In the Sink, set your Partition setting in Optimize back to "Use current partitioning" and select "Folder as column data" in the Sink Settings. That will just simply give you folders based on column values, which sounds like what you are trying to do here.
@MarkKromer-8019 I already tried that. I have more than one partition keys. So it won't be possible to use that option.
