How do I find information to troubleshoot what the problem is?
Normally if you add utterance to the None intent and train again this will be resolved.Try once again might be at that time some issue with service

Thanks for the answer. As implied, None was empty. However, we did try adding a couple utterances to None and still got the same error.
@joe-mayo Is the error still shown when you try to train your app? If Yes, is it possible to raise a support ticket against this resource from azure portal?
