Certification not appearing on Learn profile

Question

A certification that I received 7 months ago is not showing my profile on the learn.microsoft site but is showing on the certification.microsoft portal. Both sites are logged in with the same email, so the accounts are linked. Should I be able to see my certifications on the docs site? I know this is now used for certification renewal so want to make sure it is setup correctly
