Azure DevOps REST API - Test Run Statistics Result Meta Data is empty for a flaky test

I've custom flaky test detection using REST API - test run statistics and it was working fine until today.

One test was marked as 'flaky' a few days ago.

But today API doesn't return 'resultMetadata' property. What seems to a problem here can you point where should I seek the problem here?
