Windows 10 update November 2019 1909 - Printer issue still not resolved

My printers stopped working after the last Windows 10 update in October 2019. Unfortunately I was not able to remove the specific KB update which created the issue because it was not listed anymore after the version update...

I just installed the last 1909 release hoping that the printer issue would have been fixed but still nothing works.

I have fixed printer spooler but not even Microsoft Print to PDF works...

Any suggestion?

    I successfully installed the update KB4515383 but when trying to install the update KB4524147 I get the error 'The update is not applicable to your computer'

    Please make sure you have installed KB4524147. Requirement for this is KB4515383

    This fixes a bug in the printer spooler introduced in September Update.

    Lets try to scan for system file corruption. Then we look to clean up the image then scan again just in case.

    For starters press Start and enter cmd then start it with rightclick as administrator.

    In the cmd pls enter each of the following command lines as a whole as one command. Copy them with CRTL + C and paste them into the cmd with CRTL + V or rightclick to avoid spelling mistakes. Each of those might take a while. If they throw you an error kindly report it back to me in your next mesage.

    sfc /scannow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /scannow
