Hi JudyStrepelis,
I'm Charles, an Independent advisor trying to help.
Please, can you give more details of your requirement? What driver do you want to remove?
Attentive to any comments
Have a happy day
Best Regards,
Charles.
If this is some 3rd party Driver Update app you have installed and are referring to it may do more harm to your operating system than any good it claims to be able to do.
You obtain drivers from your computer or hardware manufacturer's website.
If the above is what you have:
Download, install, update and scan your System with the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes\_free
And disable the Premium Trial and set it to the permanently free on-demand version:

Hi,
If you try to eliminate this way, what is the error you observe? An advisor informs me that it is a third program that you want to remove.
