I Get One Invalid code after another when trying to use Authenticator.

I have been getting one Invalid code after another using Authenticator since Last Night throughout today. I am unable to log into my account hooked up to Authenticator. Do you have any advice? I can't log into my account on my iphone to get SMS text validations. so I am really stuck. Thank you!
