Firewall blocking port forwards regardless of firewall rules

I cannot port forward to host a server, everything was working fine about a month ago but I never hosted anything between that time and now its broken. I installed Kaspersky within that time period and I think that might have something to do with it but its completely uninstalled now. I have tried putting rules in the firewall and completely resetting the firewall. This is really annoying any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hi Miniloserchamp,

Does it give you an error message at all?

You could try to create a new shortcut on the desktop, by right clicking a blank area, and creating the shortcut to "cmd", then right click on the shortcut, go to Properties, then the Advanced tab. Here, you can try to select the "Run as Administrator" option, and this might work.

Thank you, for some reason command prompt doesn't want to run as administrator so I cant run the command (Even though I am administrator).

Thanks for responding. I have just tried removing it through their tool and restarted my pc, sadly its still not working, I only tried the security cloud  since that is the only one I think I had installed.

    Hi Miniloserchamp,

I am an independent advisor and hope to help you out with this.

You may want to run the Kaspersky removal tools to ensure it is completely removed, if you haven't already. Please back up your data before doing so.

This link applies to certain products - please ensure the product you were using is in the list before using it.

Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

You could then use netsh to perform port forwarding:

Go to Kaspersky and get their removal software and completely remove all the code.  Using Programs and features does not remove all the code and that remaining code is what causes problems.

Windows Defender and Malwarebytes are all that are needed with Windows 10.
