Hi,

When I choose a movie or episode to play, I cannot b/c the Play, Resume, Delete buttons not longer appear. I have searched the internet and

Netflix's site but cannot find anything that helps. Is this a known issue and when will it be fixed?

I have tried:

  • download now option via media center
  • updated sliverlight

-removed netflilx from the application storage tab in silverlight

-rebooted

  • ran windows update.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

J

Is this another "feature" of IE9?  I've found about 30% of the sites I visit load with some sort of problem or don't load at all.  That is the only thing that changed on my system since the play button started to disappear.  By the way I didn't go out and look for IE9.  It was bundled with a group of recommended updates.

Nothing changed on my system. I have Windows configured to download but NOT install the updates...then I choose. Nothing has changed on my system, and nothing has been installed prior to the issue.

The suggested fix did NOT fix my issue.

    Please help.

    Hi J,

    -       What software changes did you make on the computer prior to the issue?

    Follow these steps:

    a.     Close Windows Media Center and Internet Explorer (IE).

    b.     Open IE.

    c.     Click “Tools” and click “Internet Options.”

    d.     Click the “Security” tab.

    e.     Uncheck “Enable Protected Mode.”

    f.      Clear temporary internet files.

    g.     Log into Netflix in IE and play the movie for a couple of seconds.

    h.     Open Media Center Netflix (while IE is still open).

Note: Re-enable “Protected mode” after following these steps.
