Still exists as of 3/6/20. I've tried to use the hide windows update tool to stop it but when you run MDT or sysprep it returns. Very irritation as it does nothing but fail everytime. Which sounds like a good thing considering the issues i'm seeing...Wake up Microsoft!!!
cumulative update KB4532693 was reported to be removed, however it's still pending download
I have heard that the cumulative updates KB4524244 and KB432693 were causing big errors, so they were removed. However KB432693 is still pending download on my device (in picture below). I paused updates so it wouldn't download,
but it's still there waiting. How do I remove it? I know how to uninstall it from the uninstall updates menu but I don't want to risk that because I've heard that isn't fixing the update issues, and I don't want to go into the system files either. this is where I heard it was removed)

2020-02-22T22:13:28+00:00 How the hell have they still not recognised this yet? The errors are as obvious as KB4524244 I don't know what they're doing

2020-02-22T22:02:29+00:00 Yesterday, 2-21-2020, I used the View Installed Updates to remove KB4532693 and after rebooting, went to the Update and Security tab and saw the update Pending. I set updates to Pause for 7 days, however, today, upon booting up my computer, I had to wait for updates to be installed. It REINASTALLED KB4532693

2020-02-19T12:33:18+00:00 The KB has caused major issues and uninstalling as suggested by Microsoft hasn't resolved our problems. We reinstalled Windows and as soon as we join computers to the domain and restart, computers lose their start menu, taskbar, e.t.c. Restarting will take you to a black screen.... unable to even boot.
