Windows 10 Version 20h2 Language Pack

Question

Hi, I bought a laptop from China and it comes with Chinese language display. I tried to factory reset, but it would not let me choose English. I went to install additional language, but it would only let me choose to type in English, and can't change the default Windows display language. How do I go about changing the system display language to English?

Firstly, you need to add English in 语言界面, after add English(United Kingdom), you will see 安装语言功能 dialog, check the option: 设置为我的Windows显示语言。Click 安装。


After installation complete, you could click 是，立即注销 to sign out for changing display language.

When you re-login, you will get the English display interface.

On the other hand, If you have installed English, you could select installed English in box which is under Windows显示语言, then sign out and sign in, your display language will also change.

Thanks TeemoTang, but the system does not have the option to select set default or set as display language, see photos attached.
