Please help me understand the issue better, by answering the following questions:
- How did you purchase the Minecraft for Windows 10?
- Are you signed-in to the store using the same Gmail address?
However, you can try the following steps to try installing the game:
- Open ‘Microsoft Store’ on your Windows 10 PC.
- Click on the ‘Account’ icon on the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Click on your ‘Email address’ and click on sign out.
- Once the account is signed out, try signing in again.
- Again click on the ‘Account’ icon, and sign in with your email address.
Please do follow the steps and try installing the game.
