I bought a Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition, and redeemed it on-site (microsoft.com). Later on.. It said "Ready To Install", I opened Microsoft Store and it told me. "This doesn't look like a work or school email address."

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Please help me understand the issue better, by answering the following questions:

    1. How did you purchase the Minecraft for Windows 10?
    2. Are you signed-in to the store using the same Gmail address?

However, you can try the following steps to try installing the game:

    1. Open ‘Microsoft Store’ on your Windows 10 PC.
    2. Click on the ‘Account’ icon on the top right hand corner of the screen.
    3. Click on your ‘Email address’ and click on sign out.
    4. Once the account is signed out, try signing in again.
    5. Again click on the ‘Account’ icon, and sign in with your email address.

Please do follow the steps and try installing the game.

    Hope it helps.
