Thank you for the update, in view of the extended end of service date for 1809 I will try & bring mine up to date with KB4549949 but first installing SSU KB4549947 if I can stop WU trying to download & install 1909 (which as the End date has been put back for 6 months on 1809 I would of thought Microsoft would of done that anyway). I have "Home" version so can't pause updates (unless I disable wuauserv Windows Update Service)…..but then I won't get Defender Threat definitions.
