Add New Contact is gone from my Contacts file in Windows 10

Question

I can no longer add a new contact to my contacts file in documents on Windows 10.  The Add New Contact is gone.

Specific application in Windows 10:  In Documents - Contacts.

I just tried to add new contact. The add new contact prompt is missing.

This is the file for name, address, phone, email and notes.

When you say specific application in Windows 10, did you download it from the Microsoft store app?

Is it the People app?

If you can send screenshot and icon of it and send it here, that will be highly appreciated.

Photo 1 is the Contact file.  Photo 2 is when new is opened (does not allow to enter a new contact).  In the past there was a tab for ADD NEW CONTACT.  Photo 3 is what the little file looks like when opened.
