VS19 Remote Debugger authorization lost

Hi there, i have got an question regarding the VS19 remote dedugger. When I want to debug an app with the remote debugger some time I need to change the remote debug authorization. If I close the remote debugger the authorization won´t be saved. Is there a ways to save the changed authorization setting?
