Looks like issue with the autodiscover queries to the office365 possibly. Try adding ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint registry key and see if that helps.
- Open regedit
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x\Outlook\AutoDiscover
- Add a new DWORD entry
- Enter the name of ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint and value of 1.
Please note: Export/backup of registry before making changes.
If not, kindly share the exact version of the outlook and also does it happen every time or first time while configuring profile? Any add-ins?
