Windows 10 version 2004 Randomly freezes

Question

windows 10 version 2004 which is the latest feature update, freezes randomly.

if anyone knows how to fix it please help its victims.

Hello,

I confirm the Randomly freezes since version 2004 (official version and not insider version).

Since the last build 2004 update (June 10, 2020), my computer has become an unbearable freeze and slow disaster.

I tried to uninstall the last unstable patch with

wusa / uninstall / kb: 4557957 but unfortunately there was a purge.

In addition, I found that Windows becomes more and more very anxious and very penalizing when we work, it is unthinkable and I am ready to leave Windows if I would not have the fixes this week Tuesday evening at the latest. Because I am now very late and I have lost 3 weeks of this greedy bug bugs!

Hello everyone, 

I am running win 10 version 2004 19041.329, not the beta version. As of yesterday June 16th, 2020 my computer started to freeze when I was watching a couple of videos on udemy. I was also copying and pasting some questions and answers using Microsoft Word 2016. The computer started to freeze. When I went to look at the event viewer I noticed all the alerts ESENT 642 and I could not find a resolution. 

I have spent the past four days playing with Version 2004 trying to get it to run right -- random freezing, apps not opening, restarting taking forever.  Finally I rolled back both Dell laptops (2018 and a 2011 industrial strength Latitude model totally maxed RAM) back to Version 1909.  Folks at Windows, Version 2004 HAS SERIOUS ISSUES THAT MUST BE FIXED!

Sometimes with Fast Ring builds, all we can do is to wait a week or two to see if the next build is better.

If the computer is too unstable to even be able to upgrade, you might need to try to go back to a previous build. This is normally only available for 10 days after an upgrade, but running disk cleanup might remove that option sooner.

Also, sometimes it is best to clean-install Windows to an empty, unformatted disk, so you should always keep your data backed up, in case this becomes necessary.
