Microsoft Outlook x64 No Toast Notifications in RDS Environment

Hi,
I have an issue in Server 2016 RDS with FSLOGIX:
When users receive a new email whilst in their Server 2016 RDS environment, they do not receive any toast notifications from Outlook (Outlook is running INSIDE the RDS environment).
Upon investigation, Outlook does not even appear as an option in the Notification Centre under 'Get notifications from these apps'
Outlook Version: 2102 (Build 13801.20294 Click-to-Run) x64
Channel: Current
If FSLOGIX is disabled for a test user, the notifications work.
Can someone please suggest what the issue could be?

Please kindly understand under Outlook tag, we mainly focus on general issue on Outlook desktop client, according to your description, the issue may be more related to your FSLOGIX configuration instead of Outlook, so I would remove Outlook tag, thanks for your understanding and hope your issue would be resolved soon.

x64 is the recommended version from MS now, have been since 2020 atleast.
We have been running x64 version for years without any problem.
